Citing sworn testimony presented by The Justice Foundation, the Court upheld the federal ban on the gruesome, “partial-birth abortion”, procedure. The Court stated, “Whether to have an abortion requires a difficult and painful moral decision” and is “fraught with emotional consequence.”

The Court was right. Abortion has devastated us and millions of other women. The Supreme Court declared that abortion can cause “severe depression and loss of self-esteem,” but the Court also said there is no reliable data on the size of the problem at this time. That’s why we need your help to call forth ONE MILLION VOICES.

Operation Outcry, The Justice Foundation’s project to reverse Roe v. Wade, has already collected over 2,300 legally admissible testimonies. If you have had an abortion, join ONE MILLION VOICES by filling out the Declaration form.

Operation Outcry is calling forth ONE MILLION VOICES to demonstrate the magnitude of the harm from abortion. This legal evidence (Declarations) will be taken to the Supreme Court when it considers abortion again. You can choose to use your full name, first name or initials only.
